Every instrument we supply follows the same five-stage process — designed so a lab knows exactly what happens next, and who to call at each stage.
Typical timeline for a mid-size analyser is 3–5 weeks from PO to go-live, depending on site readiness.
An applications engineer reviews your test volume, panel, and existing LIS setup, then visits the site to confirm bench space, power, water, and network requirements before the order is confirmed.
Field engineers unbox, install, and run IQ/OQ (Installation & Operational Qualification) protocols with documented sign-off, including precision, linearity, and carryover verification.
On-site training for lab technologists covering routine operation, QC procedures, common troubleshooting, and LIS interface validation — plus a printed quick-reference card at the workstation.
An annual maintenance contract (AMC) covers scheduled preventive maintenance visits, calibration with traceable certificates, and priority parts allocation — comprehensive or labour-only tiers available.
A single support line routes to the engineer who knows your site. Break-fix calls are logged with a ticket number and tracked against the response-time commitment for your contract tier.
SLA tiers apply to instruments under an active maintenance contract; ad-hoc call-outs are quoted separately.
Chemistry, hematology, and immunology analysers on the AMC comprehensive tier.
Centrifuges, water baths, balances, and other general lab equipment.
Scheduled visits with calibration certificates issued against traceable standards.
Send us the make, model, and current condition — we'll confirm whether we can bring it under contract.
